1-on-1 Personal Training:

Just like buying clothes, programming for personal training is not a one-size fits-all model. Your first session with me will be an assessment of how you move using a Functional Movement Systems (FMS) screening. The FMS screen will identify functional limitations and asymmetries in movement so that I can design your workouts to improve your mobility. The more efficiently you move, the better you will feel, and the more productive the workouts will be. Achieve your goals sooner rather than later and feel better doing it!

Small Group Classes:

Put your skills to work in these specialized small classes! Because the number of participants in these sessions is limited, they offer the opportunity for advanced training at a lower cost. Also, there are some exercises that are simply better suited for group training. My classes are guaranteed to help make your workout experience enjoyable, challenging, and fun.
